Job description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic leader to guide our M365 & Collaboration Services team. You will lead technical experts in delivering high-quality solutions across Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.), while aligning technology with business strategy.

As Team Lead, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor a team of M365 specialists, engineers, and juniors.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.

  • Manage multiple budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and plan resources with a multi-year rolling forecast.

  • Ensure smooth operation, support, and optimization of M365 services.

  • Oversee service delivery, SLAs, and incident/problem management.

  • Align the M365 roadmap with organizational goals and identify opportunities for automation, adoption, and modernization.

  • Implement and maintain governance policies for M365 usage, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Job requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in M365 or collaboration services.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.).

  • Familiarity with M365 administration, licensing, and security features.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management tools.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Selection Criteria

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with M365 services and ability to guide technical decisions.

  • Leadership Capability: Minimum 3 years in a similar position with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align technology with business strategy.

  • Language Skills
