Job description

Within the Identity & Access Management Team, you work as a CISO Officer for one or more core IAM systems. These systems are designed to manage and control the digital identity and access rights of users within an organization. They play a crucial role in cybersecurity by ensuring that only authorized users have access to the right information and applications at the right time.

As a CISO Officer IAM, your responsibilities include:

  • You identify and document the needs of the Ypto organization regarding the platform(s) for which you are responsible. You define the key KPIs and objectives for the platform

  • You act as the central point of contact for the organization, as well as for suppliers and partners contributing to the platform

  • You identify improvement opportunities in the platform and customer journeys, prioritize new features, enhancements, and technical debt based on data and customer feedback

  • You are responsible for technical and operational management. You oversee the technical aspects and services delivered by our partners

  • You actively contribute as a CISO officer to the use of these platforms within the organization. Managing these platforms requires regular verifications and support in audit reviews

  • You partially document the solutions and ensure that documentation remains up to date

  • You ensure alignment with existing business and solution architecture at all times and consult with Enterprise, System, and Solution Architects when necessary.

  • You contribute to the development of test scenarios, functional testing, and data cleaning

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Application Owner, Technical Analyst, …) or within an IAM team

  • Experience with other IT4IT systems (queueing systems, reporting systems, ESB, API Platform…) – as a user, application owner, or platform owner

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written – knowledge of one of the national languages (Dutch or French) is required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented

  • Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, practical mindset, well-organized

  • We are specifically looking for someone with an interest in PKI and certificate management, experience in these domains is a strong plus

  • Affinity with encryption technology is an advantage
