At Ypto, we're on a mission to enhance the digital experience for our colleagues at NMBS. Our central UX team is at the heart of this transformation, crafting intuitive and impactful digital applications. As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with your team to elevate our user experience to new heights.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and Facilitate Ideation Workshops: Spark creativity and innovation by preparing and facilitating engaging workshops.

  • Design & Prototype: Bring ideas to life with low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

  • User Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze user tests to ensure our designs hit the mark.

  • Governance: Implement and uphold UX design governance rules to maintain high standards.

  • Collaborate & Report: Work closely with your team lead and project manager to keep projects on track.

Job requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in UX research, analysis, and design.

  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders in large organizations.

  • Design Skills: Proficient in designing for both web and mobile applications, with strong knowledge of Figma and Material Design.

  • Toolkits: Experience working with DSM/Design toolkit for Adroid (and iOS)

  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience in organizing and leading workshops is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English.

  • It’s a plus when: you have experience with S/4HANA-Fiori / have experience with service design
