Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

Information Security & Risk Management 

  • Maintain and improve the ISMS aligned with international standards. 

  • Conduct risk analyses and manage mitigation plans for SAP-related processes. 

  • Support internal and external audits and maintain the SAP risk register. 

Cybersecurity Solutions & Services 

  • Define requirements for cybersecurity tools and services. 

  • Collaborate with SAP Basis and CISO teams on CSIRT activities. 

  • Guide IAM and access governance in SAP environments. 

Governance & Awareness 

  • Implement and monitor security policies and procedures. 

  • Promote security awareness across the organization. 

  • Act as liaison for SAP-related security incidents and policy enforcement. 

Reporting & Compliance 

  • Prepare reports for senior management and the CISO team. 

  • Support IT audit and compliance frameworks. 

  • Coordinate with DPO and Risk Manager on findings and breaches. 

Knowledge Development 

  • Stay updated on SAP and cybersecurity trends. 

  • Share insights and promote continuous learning within the ERP organization. 

Job requirements

Profile Requirements: 

  • 5+ years as CISO officer in large organizations. 

  • 3+ years in SAP security, risk management, and compliance. 

  • Experience with SAP cloud solutions and ISO2700x/GDPR certification projects. 

  • Strong project management background (PMP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred). 

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (C1 level). 

Soft Skills: 

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. 

  • Capable of presenting complex issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Structured communicator with internal and external partners.
