Join the Content & Collaboration Services team at Ypto / NMBS and become a pivotal figure in promoting and enhancing M365 services, cloud collaboration, document management, online collaboration, and paperless business processes. As an M365 Architect/Subject Matter Expert, you'll provide essential support and innovative solutions to our customers, ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of M365 technologies.


What You’ll Do:

  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct and oversee requirement workshops with business stakeholders, translating functional needs into detailed specifications based on user stories.
  • Solution Design: Develop robust solution designs using M365 technology, adhering to IT standards, and configuring M365 solutions to meet business needs.
  • Quality Control: Define and validate acceptance criteria and test scenarios, monitor their execution, and ensure test scenarios are updated with each change implementation.
  • Change Management: Prepare training materials and collaborate with customers to ensure successful rollouts of M365 solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Serve as the point of contact for M365 applications, manage incident and root cause analysis, and maintain application performance through proactive monitoring.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Azure trends, document solutions, and share knowledge within the team and organization.
  • Coordination and Teamwork: Coach and support team members, manage developers, collaborate with offshore colleagues, and lead or participate in Sprints.

Pré-requis du poste

  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role (Application Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Analyst, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience with M365 product suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Functional Insight: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management principles, search optimization on SharePoint, permission models, archiving, retention periods, and workflows.
  • Workshop Expertise: Proven track record in conducting requirement analysis workshops and delivering demos to convince customers.
  • Methodical Approach: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and methodology.
  • Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodology, testing strategies, and software delivery lifecycle is a plus; experience with JIRA is beneficial.
  • Incident Management: Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar incident management tools.
  • Proactive & Organized: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, practice-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Languages: Good knowledge of Dutch or French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Belgium.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work setting with both home and office environments.
